Return and Refund Policy
UNEKD Financials LLC sells digital products, live education programs, and services. Because of the nature of these products, please read this policy carefully before you buy.
Digital products (e-books, budget sheets, binders, checklists, templates)
All sales of digital products are final once the product has been delivered or made available for download. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital products.
If your file is damaged, won't open, or you did not receive your download link, email us at info@unekd.com within 14 days of purchase. We will send you a working copy at no cost.
Free products
Free products have no charge, so no refund applies.
Built Beneath the Brand: Founders Intensive (live program)
The Founders Intensive begins once 5 founding seats are filled.
If 5 seats are not filled within 60 days of your purchase, you may choose either a full refund or a guaranteed seat in the next class. Email info@unekd.com to make your choice.
Once the program has started, payments are non-refundable. If you cannot continue or cannot attend a session, you may request a seat in a future class instead.
If UNEKD Financials LLC cancels the program, you will receive a full refund.
Credit restoration services
Credit restoration services are provided under a separate written contract. You are never charged before work is performed. You are billed only after each dispute round is completed. You may cancel your contract within 3 business days of signing for any reason, at no cost. After that, you may stop future rounds at any time and you only pay for rounds already completed. The terms in your signed contract control.
Billing questions and disputes
If you have a problem with a charge, please contact us first at info@unekd.com. We respond within 3 business days and work in good faith to resolve any issue. If a payment dispute is opened with your bank or card company, we will provide our records of delivery and your agreement to these terms.
