These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and UNEKD Financials LLC ("UNEKD Financials," "we," "us"). They apply to this website, unekdfinancials.com, and to everything you buy or receive from us. By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are and what we offer
UNEKD Financials provides financial education, business foundation education, digital resources, live mentorship programs, and credit restoration services.
2. Educational purposes only
Our products, programs, posts, emails, and classes are for educational purposes only. They are not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or individualized financial advice. Talk with a licensed professional about your specific situation.
3. No guaranteed results
We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including credit score increases, removal of any item from a credit report, loan or funding approvals, income, or business results. Results depend on your individual circumstances and actions.
4. Credit restoration services
Credit restoration services are provided only under a separate written contract that follows the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act. Before you sign, you will receive a written statement of your rights. We will never charge you before services are performed. You may cancel within 3 business days of signing at no cost. We challenge items that are inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable. We cannot remove accurate, timely information, and you have the right to dispute errors with the credit bureaus yourself at no cost. If your signed contract conflicts with these Terms, the contract controls.
5. Accounts and accuracy
You agree to give accurate information when you buy, sign up, or enroll. Never send your Social Security number, ID, or credit reports by email, social media, or website forms. Those are collected only through our secure client portal.
6. Purchases and payment
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. Discount codes can't be combined unless we say so and may expire. We may cancel an order if we find a pricing error or suspect fraud, and we will refund any payment for a cancelled order.
7. Digital products and license
When you buy a digital product, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use it for your own household or business. You may not resell, share, copy, post, or distribute our products, in whole or in part, without our written permission.
8. Live programs
Live programs are delivered online. Session links are for enrolled participants only and may not be shared. Sessions may be recorded for enrolled participants. We may reschedule a session with notice. Be respectful; we may remove anyone who disrupts a program, without a refund.
9. Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Return and Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.
10. Intellectual property
All content on this site and in our products, including text, graphics, logos, the UNEKD name, and course materials, belongs to UNEKD Financials LLC and is protected by law.
11. Payment disputes
If you have a concern about a charge, contact us at info@unekd.com before opening a dispute with your bank, so we can try to resolve it quickly. If a dispute is opened, we may share records of your purchase, delivery, and agreement to these Terms.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, UNEKD Financials LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site, products, or services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product or service involved.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict of law rules.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
